    Fresh-Cut Flower Care Tips

    Trim Stems: Use a clean, sharp pair of scissors to cut stems diagonally at a 45-degree angle. Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline to avoid bacterial growth.

    Clean Vase and Fresh Water: Place your flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water. Add flower food if available, and stir until it’s fully dissolved to help blooms last longer.

    Change Water Regularly: Refresh the water every 2 to 3 days, and remove any fallen leaves or petals to keep the water clean.

    Avoid Direct Heat and Sunlight: Keep flowers in a cool area, away from direct sunlight, heat-emitting devices, and ripening fruits, as they can shorten flower life.

    Humidity and Ventilation: Good air circulation helps flowers stay fresh longer. Avoid placing flowers near fans or air conditioning vents, as extreme airflow can dehydrate them.

    Plant Care Tips

    Indoor Plant

    1. Light: Place plants in bright, indirect sunlight. Most plants thrive with plenty of natural light but may need protection from intense, direct sun.
    2. Watering: Water regularly, about once every 2 days or as needed based on the plant type and season. Ensure pots have good drainage to avoid water buildup.
    3. Soil: Use well-draining soil to prevent water retention, as it can lead to root rot. Choosing the right soil mix for each plant type can support healthier growth.
    4. Fertilizer: Feed your plants monthly with a balanced fertilizer to encourage growth, especially during the growing season.
    5. Humidity and Airflow: Most indoor plants enjoy moderate humidity. Misting occasionally can benefit tropical plants, but be mindful not to over-mist to avoid mold or pests.

    Hydroponic Plant

    1. Water Quality: Use filtered or distilled water if possible to avoid chemical buildup. Replace the water every 1-2 weeks to keep it fresh and oxygenated.
    2. Nutrient Solution: Since hydroponic plants grow without soil, add a balanced hydroponic nutrient solution to the water, following the instructions for the right concentration.
    3. Light: Provide sufficient light, ideally through natural indirect sunlight or a grow light, as hydroponic plants rely heavily on light for photosynthesis.
    4. Temperature: Keep water temperature between 18-22°C (65-72°F), as overly warm water can reduce oxygen levels and cause root issues.
    5. Monitor Root Health: Check the roots regularly for signs of decay. Healthy roots are white or light-colored; trim any dark or mushy roots to prevent rot and maintain plant health.

    Terms & Conditions

    • In the event of a shipment delay, our team will notify you promptly.
    • Tree(s) must be delivered or collected within 7 days from the newly confirmed arrival date.
    • A storage fee of RM35 per tree per day will apply from the 8th day onwards.
    • In the case of shipment delays, cancellations and refunds will not be permitted.

    Early Bird Price

    • Valid until 30 November 2024.

    Delivery Charges

    • The total delivery fee will be added to your shopping cart and will vary according to your delivery location postcode. (Please refer to the Delivery Fee listed below.)
    • Additional trees will be charged a flat fee of RM20 per tree to the same location.
    • Delivery time will be between 10 am - 6 pm. Specific time slots are not available within this window. For deliveries outside of these hours (e.g., after 6 pm), an additional fee will apply. Please contact us for more details and to arrange after-hours delivery.
    • Self-pick-up is available at Floristika Bangsar. Opting for self-pick-up will not incur any delivery fees, but customers must arrange their own transportation to collect the Christmas tree.

    Special Handling Service (Per Address)

    • RM20 per tree, per floor.
    • This surcharge applies if lift access is unavailable, and the courier must manually carry the tree(s) to the destination.

    Storage Charges

    • Extending the delivery or pickup date is not allowed (except in cases of shipment delays). Storage charges will apply if necessary.
    • Storage Charge: RM35 per day per tree.

    Delivery Fees by Zone

    • Zone 1: RM90 per trip/per tree – Kuala Lumpur, Ampang & selected Cheras & Petaling Jaya areas.
    • Zone 2: RM100 per trip/per tree – Selected Petaling Jaya areas, Puchong, Subang Airport & Sungai Buloh.
    • Zone 3: RM120 per trip/per tree – Bangi, Batu Caves, Hulu Langat, Kajang, Cyberjaya, Klang, Putra Heights, Shah Alam & Seri Kembangan.
    • Zone 4: RM130 per trip/per tree – Banting & Putrajaya.
    • Zone 5: RM140 per trip/per tree – Puncak Alam, Rawang & Semenyih.
    • Zone 6: RM150 per trip/per tree – Port Klang, KLIA.
    • Zone 7: RM160 per trip/per tree – Sepang/Dengkil.
    • Self Collection at our store: Free.

    Collection & Disposal Charges

    • 1st Tree: Based on the postcode address.
    • Subsequent Trees: RM20 per tree.
    • Please contact our customer service for disposal service.

    Refund & Exchange Policy

    • All Christmas tree sales are final. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
    • Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted for unhealthy trees.
    • Variations in height, shape, and fullness of Christmas trees are not eligible for refund or exchange.
    • Trees are only eligible for refund or exchange within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to terms and conditions.

    Unhealthy Trees Definition

    • A tree is considered unhealthy if it is delivered in a visibly deteriorated condition due to factors prior to delivery, such as severe wilting, significant discoloration, or pest infestation. This does not include issues arising from improper care or maintenance after delivery by the customer.

    By purchasing a live Christmas tree from us, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above. We reserve the right to amend these terms as necessary.

    Care Tips

    1. Place in Water Immediately: Once you get your tree home, place it in a sturdy stand or pot with a reservoir that can hold water. Cut trees need water to stay fresh and minimize needle drop.
    2. Check Water Daily: Keep the reservoir filled with water to prevent the tree from drying out. A fresh cut tree can absorb a significant amount of water, especially in the first few days, so don’t let the water level drop below the base of the trunk.
    3. Avoid Heat Sources: Position the tree away from any heat sources, like sunlight, heaters, or appliances. Warm conditions accelerate drying, which can cause needles to fall off sooner.
    4. Use LED Lights: If decorating, choose LED lights, as they produce less heat than traditional bulbs. This helps maintain the tree’s freshness without adding warmth that might dry it out.
    5. Mist the Branches Lightly: In Malaysia’s climate, homes may be more humid, but a gentle misting of the branches every few days can help keep needles hydrated. Just be cautious not to over-mist, especially near lights or electrical decorations.

    General Shipping Details

    General Terms & Conditions:

    1. Delivery:

    • Delivery will be made within the same day if the order is received before 2:00 PM.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day. 
    • Please key in the precise postcode number to make sure we deliver to the right location. If for any reason you have keyed in the wrong postcode, our customer service team will make the necessary correction and inform you of any additional fees, if any.
    • No door-to-door delivery service for high rise residential building.

    2. Self Pick-up

    Please advise us your order number upon reaching store.

    If you're arranging your own 3rd party pick-up service, please provide your order number to the driver. It will be easier for us to track your order and save the rider time. It is advisable to arrange for a car to pickup your item as some flower can't fit in the dispatch  bag.

    Self pick-up time: 10 am - 5 pm (Daily). Strictly no pick-up after 5 pm.


    Delivery within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Klang Valley

    • All delivery is chargeable.
    • The delivery fees range from RM15 to RM100. Our Customer Service team will be contacting you to advise on any additional delivery fees, if applicable.
    • We do not accept any Cash-On-Delivery terms. All orders must be paid upon order via online.
