Return and Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 24 hours of purchase/receiving your items. You can return your product for a same new product or different product (if the original item(s) are out of stocks), or a refund to the original payment method (by management approval).

 Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in original condition.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
  • Only brownish, mouldy or major broken stems are accepted for exchange.

 To initiate return, kindly follow these steps:

  • Provide a clear image of the item(s) for return to and provide your order number & contact number.

Why my flowers are not fresh or wilted upon receiving?

  • This is because your flower(s) has been dehydrated during delivery process. Putting them back in a water will make them hydrate. Give few hours for this process to complete.
