Returns and Exchanges:
- You may initiate a return or exchange within 24 hours of purchase or receiving your items.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must not show any visible signs of use or damage.
- We only accept returns or exchanges for brownish, mouldy, or significantly broken stems.
- Please note that wilted flowers due to lack of water are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Refunds are subject to management approval and require the return of the item(s) within 24 hours of purchase or receiving your items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please consider this before making a purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Why Are My Flowers Not Fresh or Wilted Upon Receiving?
It is possible that your flowers may become dehydrated during the delivery process. To revive them, we recommend placing the flowers in a vase filled with water. Allow a few hours for the flowers to rehydrate fully. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the condition of your flowers, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
