Get a refund or exchange if your hydroponic plants die within 30 days under normal care.
Original Condition
Plants must be returned in their original hydroponic system or packaging., without significant damage or neglect.
Exclusion
Plants with slight browning on 2-3 leaves aren't eligible for refund/exchange as it may indicate natural aging. Guarantee excludes issues from improper care, transport, environment, or external factors beyond Floristika's control.

Exchange your hydroponic plant for another of equal or lesser value. For upgrades, just pay the difference
Refund Process
If you opt for a refund instead of an exchange, it will be processed within 7 business days after the returned plant is received and inspected.
Full Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
- Customers are eligible for an exchange or refund if the hydroponic plants die within 30 days of purchase under normal care conditions.
- Plants showing minor signs of browning on 2-3 leaves are not eligible for a refund or exchange under this campaign, as this may indicate natural aging rather than poor plant health.
2. Proof of Purchase:
- A valid purchase receipt or order confirmation must be presented at the time of exchange or refund to verify the purchase.
3. Return Process for Online Orders:
- For online purchases, the original hydroponic plants must be returned in their original condition either by mail or in person to Floristika within the 30-day period before a refund or exchange can be processed. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Condition of Plants:
- The plants must be returned in their original hydroponic system or packaging. Plants that have been transplanted, altered, or removed from their original growing medium will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
5. Exchange Policy:
- Customers can exchange their returned hydroponic plant for another item of equal or lesser value. If an exchange is for an item of higher value, the customer is required to pay the price difference.
6. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card, online banking, etc.). Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after approval.
7. Exclusions:
- This guarantee does not cover damage or plant death caused by improper handling, neglect, mishandling during transport, environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures, lack of water or light), or external factors beyond Floristika's control.
8. Campaign Duration:
- The 30-day money-back guarantee is valid from the date of purchase, as stated on the receipt or order confirmation.
9. Floristika's Rights:
- Floristika reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of Floristika regarding the eligibility for refund or exchange is final and non-negotiable.
