Delivery Charges:

• Item purchase need be delivered or pick up within 3 days from order day
• Delivery charge is based on the postcode address.
• Additional trees will be charged a flat fee of RM20 per tree to the same location.
• Delivery timing slot will be anytime between 10 am -5 pm. No specific time slot is available. 
• Self-pick-up is available at Floristika Bangsar. Selecting this option will not incur any delivery fees and you will need to arrange your own transportation to pick up the Lime tree.

• The above surcharge applies when lift access is denied and/ or Courier has to manually carry the tree(s) to the destination.

Refund & Exchange:

• Do note that we will only be accepting refunds or exchanges for unhealthy trees. Variance in height, shape and fullness of Lime tree(s) will not be eligible for refund or exchange. If you have any feedback, please feel free to directly contact us (0322811668) for assistance.
