Sales Coordinator

(To be based at Bangsar)

 

Responsibilities :

  • Managing all the sales related activity of the Company.
  • Provide support to Manager in daily activities covering from customer order, quotation, billing and prompt response to customer enquiries.
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities and monitoring of accounts receivable.
  • Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database.
  • Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
  • Ensure sales information and documents area maintained.
  • To assist in other task as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience and preferably with experience in Sales : Retail / General specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent is require for this position.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu, both oral and written.

Retail Supervisor

(To be based at Desa Sri Hartamas)

 

Responsibilities :

To supervise the operations of company's retail store in Hartamas which include:

 

  • Managing sales and store inventory,charting staff duty roster and general cleanliness & well being of the outlet.
  • Oversee the overall operations of the store others supervisory duties including opening and closing of store, cash handling ,merchandising and stock replenishing, store administration ans preparing reports.
  • Must be able to promote the Company's products, stock audit, handles paperwork, maintain outlet stock display and security.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma , Bachelor's Degree or equivalant in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experince especially in Customer Service and Retail environment will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, other languages/dialects will be an added advantage.
  • Well versed in computer.
  • Must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
  • Willing to be based at Desa Sri Hartamas.

Retail Personnel

(To be based at Desa Sri Hartamas)

 

Responsibilities:

  • To assists Managers/Supervisor on the day-to-day sales and administration functions.
  • Assist in inventory management and housekeeping duties.
  • Cashiering Duties.
  • Attend to all inquiries and others task that assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be proficient in English. Other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Positive customer service mindset.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willing to be based at Desa Sri Hartamas.
